I mean, it's not like the guy said "sit your aids-infected, good for nothing, should be in the kitchen ass down". if a girl is walking around without pants, she's probably a whore.
It’s probably the Improv Everywhere pants-less subway ride, more then likely.

I just found it funny that it was appropriate to yell at a women for not wearing pants on a subway, who was covered just as much as any bathing suit would cover someone, and then the man yells at him about how there are “Children” on the train, etc, etc, etc. But still manages to curse, cause a scene, and be an ass hat in general, which is apparently Okay for kids to see.
